WMS-5 Double M-S surround microphone (with WSC-535/2.0)
The Sanken WMS-5 is a professional field microphone designed for five-channel surround capturing. Dual M-S stereo capsules are placed to maintain precise phase-coherence and accurate five-channel surround audio reproduction. Five discrete balanced XLR outputs send audio to separate recorder tracks, mixer channels, etc. M-S to left/right stereo matrix circuitry is built into the microphone. The WMS-5 delivers the audio quality and surround capturing flexibility that will prove ideal for feature film audio, broadcast audio, sound design recording and more.
